Meet John!
“JB“ has owned and operated JB Sports since 1989. He is known for increasing race participation and making events more profitable for the organizations they support. He enjoys running, biking, and swimming. John ran at UConn on the Cross Country, Indoor Track and Outdoor Track teams. After a crash in November of 2022, JB became an amputee at the age of 60 and is currently on his road to recovery.
JODY DAMSKY, EVENT OPERATIONS MANAGER

Jody has worked at JB Sports for over 10 years. She specializes in race day logistics, media relations, and fundraising. When not at work, Jody enjoys hiking with her husband and daughters. She loves talking shop with runners, make sure to say "Hi" at our next race!
DANIELLE FILARDI, EVENT MARKETING COORDINATOR
Meet Danielle!
Danielle started at JB Sports in June 2022. She handles email & social media marketing, press releases, and race day logistics. Her favorite race experience so far was working with the New Haven Road Race board of directors and thousands of runners over the 2022 Labor Day weekend! When not at work, she enjoys weight lifting, walking her dog and listening to music.

Meet Susie!
Susie has received many promotions including Morale Captain, Mental Health Specialist, and Director of Motivation and Morale. She is passionate about giving her team opportunities to go outside every few hours. She manages greeting office guests and oversees lunch.
