The soundRUNNER Sea legs Shuffle includes certified 10-mile and 5K scenic courses. The 10-mile run offers a scenic course with views of Long Island Sound. Both races begin and end at the Guilford Fairgrounds. Registration is now open for all races.

Presented by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Although this 5K focuses on corporate team competition, individuals are encouraged to run or walk. The event has given over $100,000 to a number of charities. After the race enjoy a complimentary cookout with live music at Hartford’s Bushnell Park.
