Start your Halloween off right! The event starts at Lighthouse Point Park in New Haven with scenic views of New Haven Harbor and Long Island Sound. Run or walk the 5K race, then kick back and enjoy the fun Family Festival! Youngsters will enjoy the Kids 1/2 Mile Fun Run.

Race Day Schedule:

8:30 am- Packet pick-up and raceday registration

10:00 am – Kids’ Race start

10:15 am – 5K start

10:30 am – Family festival and post-race party

11:00 am – Awards and costume contest

Family Festival and Post Race Party Enjoy food and drinks, music and kids’ activities, including face painting, games and costume contest. Also, enjoy free carousel rides!

Kid’s Race will have a nominal entry fee for participants. Kid’s activities after the race will be free.

T-shirts to all registered participants and the first 100 raceday entrants.

Awards top three race finishers in each division. Men & Women, 12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+ and Wheelchair. Ribbons to all Kids Fun Run finishers.

Costume Awards Best individual costume for kids and adults as determined by our judges.

Complimentary entry to the Wicked Good 5K for those who raise $100 or more for The Connection Fund. Please email Kristin.jbsports@snet.net when you have reached $100 or more for your free entry!
